The goal of this week is to promote existing efforts, develop new traditions, and amplify Allston’s Queer history.     Wear your most colorful outfit for a Pride run & walk starting at the Rita Hester Mural! Join Allston-Brighton running clubs for a 3 mile and 1 mile course that is welcoming to all runners, walkers, and families! Each route will end at Notch Brighton at the Charles River Speedway for a Pride Night Social! Parking is available at Notch Brighton prior to the run.

    Join Trans4Text Readings for their queer open mic night. 7pm open sign ups, 8pm Open Mic, and at 9pm will feature guest Alex Marzano-Lesnevichi, the author of THE FACT OF A BODY: A Murder and a Memoir.
